Mr. Meneses ensured that the bricks and mortar matched the other parts of the walls exactly, including the width of the mortar. He ensured that the drain was protected so that no debris went down that might result in a clog. He and his brother cleaned up everything before they left. I would definitely hire J. Stone Design again."

"Joe and his team were a pleasure to work with.  
We had kind of an unusual project, but they jumped right in and handled it beautifully.  The project was set back by problems on the supply end (not the fault of Brick Solutions, but rather of Lowe's, who sold us a broken window) and Joe took it in stride.  He just moved us around in his schedule and everything worked.  (We were able to be somewhat flexible, which helped.)
When problems came up (again, with Lowe's), he returned text messages within minutes and gave me the confidence to move ahead in his absence.  
As the project progressed, we asked Joe to do other related tasks (like our steps and eaves), which he was happy to do at a very fair price.
The only drawback was that Joe & Co. don't  do any interior work, so we had to hire other contractors to finish this rather large project.  Not a big deal, but we would've been perfectly happy to hire Brick Solutions to do everything!

"Initially Great! Jason came out and was very honest and knowledgeable. He shared what he would recommend to help with my structural damage / cracks and promptly sent out a report. After I made my decision to secure their services the contact  was lacking. A timeline or update would of put my mind at ease between the time they received the deposit and the actual services started. The work started and each day there was progress. Totally pleased. The final walk through: - Had a sticking door and was shown a trick to correct that by placing a rag in the door jam, the soil placed back in the ground was lumpy and full of brick/stone, brick mortar was not the right color but thought it would just lighten as it dried. A few months later...the mortar is definitely not the right color, there isn't a strap to hold down my downspouts and one of the downspouts fell off. I haven't contacted the company to correct as I will just live with the color and rig my own downspouts. The great news is I feel secure about the foundation work.

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. "The owner, along with her technician, examined the floor in my home.  They gave me their opinion of what needed to be done.  This coincided with my opinion of the scope of the work, since I have had that done previously.  She gave me a price which was within the range I wanted to spend.  She came with two technicians.  She made sure that everything was going smoothly before she left.  They came on time.  The technicians performed the work beautifully.  They were very polite and answered any questions I had.  The owner returned at the time she anticipated the job would be completed and inspected the work.
I was very pleased and happy with the work.  They did a better job then my previous company, which I thought was good.   The finished product looked like it did when the marble was first laid.  She also provides a guarantee.  I would definitely recommend New Galaxy floors and will use them again.
