"They did a good job and eventually found a loose wire that fixed everything... But if the original prices quoted had been paid out I would have been pretty sad with their pricing. However, I only had to to pay out the agreed upon service fee and the well trained technician did an excellent job! The only reason this is not five stars is because they're quoted prices for refrigerant and other possible repairs were very high."

"This company was prompt, gave us a reasonable price, and the system is working very well. We give them an excellent rating for their service, and would recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC repair or replacement."

"New to VA- but they have earned our business exclusively! Prompt service & pricing so much more affordable than other companies even NOT using AHS home warranty!"

"Jonathan did a great job on servicing my AC. He explained everything along the way and I was able to understand. I signed up for the maintenance plan also. Thank you"

"Nick serviced our air conditioner in a quick and friendly manner, remembering me from a previous service. He attempted to clean our dryer but couldn’t get it cleaned as well as he wanted so he didn’t charge me. That is the kind of thing Nick does. He is awesome and thorough. A+ service every time!"

"It went well. We will use his services again, if necessary."

"They did an amazing job and he even came back to make sure everything was working after hours. I would highly recommend them and I will continue to use them to service it."

"I dealt directly with Mr. Kurt Randall. What a class act. He and his call center/staff are just amazing people and understand the definition of GOOD customer service and complimented that with solid work. He expedited the whole process which helped reduce the stress from an already very stressful environment. Very professional, informative, and prices were fair but I didn't feel ripped of given the urgency and the excellent service and work delivered."
