"Very good service at a fair price. Service Manager Nick gave no pressure options for my situation. I elected for a new install which was performed within two days. Nick was very knowledgeable and responsive to my questions and concerns. Joe and Kaleb did an amazingly good job integrating the new furnace. Thrown together old systems now look like one streamlined unit. It doesn't just "work," it was put in with some craftmanship (HVAC art). Will definitely continue to use this company."

"We have been customers of Watkins for a few years, but this is our first review on them. They are super friendly and do great work. A few years ago, they were able to help us get us a new furnace in a timely fashion when ours died in the middle of winter (it was really old). At that time, they noticed the AC was not installed correctly and not up to code (previous owner). We also knew the water heater was next to go, but were able to hold off until this year. Our new AC had a part go bad this year, but they were able to come out quick and repair pretty quick (and no charge). We are very pleased with all the work and highly recommend them!"

"I thought the installer was very particular about his work. Also, the owner was not a high pressure salesman. He was very personable and the company has very good ratings."

"Logan quickly scheduled and replaced a faulty gas furnace. The installers were very organized and professional."

"They came through and installed my furnace when I couldn't find Anyone else that would. I recommend them one hundred percent"

"Robin performed a heating Tune-up, included with a Hauser installed furnace installed last year. Robin was very professional, thorough, and helpful in answering my questions."

"Jason C was professional and courteous. He is a great ambassador for the One Hour team."

"Did a great job installing a furnace for us. Was the only company in Cincinnati available to come out to quote and then install pretty much right away mid winter."
