"Called provider and the arranged a service call right away. The technician (MJ),was great, she was punctual, professional, very knowledgeable about the problem. She repaired the paint around the drain. She also added caulk around the drain to seal out water from getting in the space around the drain. It has been a couple weeks now since the repair work and still looking good. There was no charge for this service call, for it came under the warranty. Very satisfied with the repair process. They always encourage me to call them if any problems. They are very easy to work with."

Great experience. Dan and his wife Tania came out to give me the estimate on the window work. While here, I asked  about the concrete work and was told Adam ( the son) could also do that type of work. I went with the company for both repairs.
Dan and Adam came at the agreed time, did both repairs. Also, great clean-up, only evidence of their being here is the good looking work!

"Amber was extremely professional, personable and flexible in our meetings. During our first meeting, she brought some examples of work the company had done previously and then proceeded to take thorough measurements.  She notified me when she had the renderings complete, and I met with her in the showroom, where she shared the details and had me walk through and picture the types of cabinets, countertops, etc., that might be used for the project(s).  There was absolutely no pressure to contract with the company at that time to do the work.
As a follow-up, she provided letters of recommendation, testimonials and other examples of their work.  I have recently contacted J&M Construction to proceed with the bathroom renovation.  I am looking forward to continued excellent customer service and professional remodeling results.

"This was a complete remodel of a 30-year old kitchen, including removal of all cabinets and soffits. Matt proposed the design after coming to the house, taking pictures/measurements, and discussing the ideas I had. He offered lots of options for cabinets, countertops, and flooring and assisting in the selection. He also assisting in procuring the appliances after I decided on the make/models I wanted. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable. They put down drop clothes and covered doorways as possible to try to minimize the dust throughout the house. There were lots of "surprises" in the soffits, requiring about a week's worth of re-arranging plumbing and electrical. This caused a delay in completion of the project and added expense, but I felt the charges were fair. The final product is an updated, open, functional, and beautiful kitchen that I will enjoy and I know will add value to the house when it's time to sell."
