"Mr. Greg Elrod did a fantastic job. Emailed Greg a few days ago to get an estimate on a chimney sweep. Very responsive via email and we were able to mutually agree on a date and time. Greg called the morning of the sweep, about 40 minutes before arrival to confirm. Arrived on time. Very personable guy.. Prepared the work area, as not to cause any mess, and proceeded to clean out the fire box and chimney. I had requested an inspection of the brick chimney as well, as it had not been attended to for some time.He did a GREAT job with no mess. Gave me a quick overview of what he saw and what he would recommend to be repaired. He is going to email me an estimate and I would assume, as long as the price is not too expensive, we will be using Mr. Elrod once again. <br /> I could not be happier with Greg's service and overall knowledge and professionalism. The job, as mentioned above, was done in a very efficient and clean manner and spot on the estimate. Nice to see a guy that is trying to do good work, make a living and not feel a need to rip people off at the same time. "The workers arrived right on time, performed the work, then explained to me the findings. The price was a little high compared to other companies but they did give me two coupons (including the angies list coupon) to apply, which brought the price down. They put down floor protection, cleaned up after they were done, and left no mess at all. They even gave me a free estimate on replacing my gas logs. I would recommend and am likely to have them replace the log set in the future."

We chose to reconfigure the wall and save the tree. Pete's part of the project was to replace the brick wall. The wall is beautiful - better and stronger than the original. They came out and suggested I get someone to patch the hole around my chimney. Called several roofing companies. This was the only company that agreed with my insurance company. One company actually pulled off one of the shingles to show me that I needed to have my roof replaced. My insurance company gave me a report on the roof damage and an estimate to repair. This was the only company that agreed with the insurance company's report. I did not discuss this with him prior and still didn't after i hired him. He was professional and courteous. The other two roofing companies I never heard back. Braswell Construction contacted my insurance company and worked out all the details. A week later I had a brand new roof with gorgeous colored shingles. Everyone in the neighborhood stopped by and literally knocked on the door to inquire. Chris Gaugler was onsite and available for questions anytime to the very end. The crew only took one day to do the house, extended 4 car garage and well house.
