A previous plumber had dug 5-6 feet below the dirt line and made some holes in my foundation to fix a sewer drain issue.  Unfortunately, the plumber never finished the job and left me with several holes in my foundation and a pile of dirt in my driveway.  
Upon my call, Sundry came out the next day and gave a reasonable quote to fix this, as well as replace some insufficient vapor barriers in my crawl spaces.  I agreed and they were able to schedule the job quickly.
On service day, the work crew, headed by William, arrived on time and got to work.  The crew (especially William) was very professional and got the job done in about 3 hours.

Work consisted of waterproofing a 2100 sq ft basement, which involved digging a new frenchdrain style trench at the foot of the foundation along the uphill sides, installing two sump pumps and related pipe work to ensure the water would exit far from the foundation, and applied structural fiber and water proofing to reinforce the cinderblock walls. Concrete work performed to cover the frenchdrain trench is relatively smooth and even with the existing concrete floor. Combining their work with more efficient downspout management has resulted in a consistently dry basement! Keep in mind there is an annual fee associated with the warranty, which I would recommend. Additionally, the office staff are friendly and efficient. "Charles Rhoden and his team were awesome. When he came to look at the work to be done, I couldn't believe my eyes when he put on something to cover up his clothes and he was into the crawl space in a matter of seconds, closely inspecting the foundation under 2 bathrooms. I believe it was primarily the sills that needed replacing under both bathrooms, as well as a number of other smaller things under the bathroom. There was one primary worker on my job & he was great. He showed up on time several days in a row, worked steadily and was very professional. The one day he couldn't be on the job, he let me know the day before that he had a doctor's appointment the next day. No problem. The work was completed on time, on budget and I was very happy with the work done.
I was getting ready to go to graduate school and had to move out of town.
My house had been converted into a duplex and there was a big area of the floor sagging right in the front entrance of the rental unit. I contacted Charles and he took care of things. Because I didn't have the money to have the job done as it should be done, Charles had a worker come over to stabilize the problem. He poured a concrete base that would support 2"x 6" supports that, with one end on the concrete, they went up and supported plywood. The sub-flooring had rotted out due to water damage. the plywood was placed directly under the sub-flooring / floor and the 2" x 6" supports were put in place on a solid concrete base and the other end was against the plywood. Charles CHARGED ME NOTHING, at all. I couldn't believe it. He said to just think of him the next time I needed any type of foundation work done again.
Charles Rhoden and his team were excellent. The work came in on time, on budget and was done right. What more could you ask for? And then, he charged me nothing for a smaller job, a temporary support that lasted a good 7 or 8 years, when I renovated the house and this part of the sub-flooring was fixed.

"We freaked out when we first saw the water coming into our basement and called the first companies we could think of (Bigger companies that you hear on the radio). The first one could not get out to even look and give a quote for 2 weeks. The second was 3 weeks. After a couple of days of calming down, we called a company that looked good, would fix the leak, and not make a major production of trying to repair the foundation. After 2 tries, they would not call back. Based on the ratings on Angie's List, we called A Best Dry Waterproofing. It looked like they would do about the same as the one that would not call back. Well holy cow!! Not only did he call back, but within 1 (one !!) week he had come out, given a quote, and had it fixed. Everything was done from outside, no major foundation work, no cutting troughs inside the basement. If the big names cannot even get out to give a quote for 2 or 3 weeks, how long would it take to actually fix it? Every time it rains, water would run in and waiting weeks or months was just aggravating and stressful. I would definitely use them again, but hopefully won't need to. If you don't want to watch your basement flood every time it rains while waiting for someone that is too busy to even give a quote, do yourself a favor and at least let them provide a quote."

"Anthony is prompt and professional. He identified the area underneath the porch as the water source. The porch slats were removed, area was dug out to exposed the foundation and watersealed. The porch slats were replaced carefully. He also diverted a condensation line that was pooling on the side of the house to a better drain location."

"Jeff told me the foundation settling was very minor for a house built in the 1970's.  No water problems in basement.  He did recommend I have the gutters replaced, with 6" gutters, and to make sure water is draining away from house.  Also, he asked me to contact him if the foundation settled more in the future.  He did not do any work other than give me a free evaluation.  Jeff was very professional and honest. I will definitely use his company if I have anymore foundation or drainage issues.

"Robert came out to take a look at our basement leak and an erosion issue we've been having. He not only explained what the source of our leak/erosion problem was, he also walked all the way around the house and pointed out other areas where there were screwups or corners were cut when the house was built. The good news is that the fixes are in most cases relatively minor, e.g. the landscapers covered the french drains in a couple of places when they installed the landscaping, no weep holes added to a retaining wall, etc.
He was really professional and very honest and up front about the cost. He gave his estimate vs. how much a landscaper would probably charge (he'd charge more) and drew up a plan for exactly what we'd need so that when we bring in landscapers they won't try to do a bigger fix than necessary to pad the cost of the job. I'd highly recommend Weather Guard!"
