"I found this company while searching the internet for contractors in my area. Derek (Owner) was my 5th a final estimate. In this case, saving the best for last was a TRUE statement. I will be honest, was Derek the cheapest? No...Was he the most expensive, absolutely not. Was he the most professional, straight forward, honest.....YES. I have never met or spoke with Derek before we met the day of our estimate. Derek was the only one to bring documentation about his company, his insurance policies, and provided a full written contract within DAYS of our initial meeting. We worked on a price that was fair for both of us and he broke down all of his costs to highlight why his price was where it was. It is the little things that won him the job. Changing the locks on my basement door so I would never have to worry about anyone coming upstairs, ordering a port-a-potty so no one would have to use my bathroom inside, daily morning phone calls to let me know what was being done that day and the upcoming days, etc. Every single one of his workers were kind, intelligent, hard working, and professional. Choosing Derek to complete my project was a choice I am glad I made. Derek is a perfectionist, and will not stop until it is 110%. If anyone has any questions or concerns about this company, please reach out to Derek and Valerie and they will provide my contact information. More than happy to discuss as I would like nothing more to see this company continue to grow. I have already re-hired Derek to complete my back splash in my kitchen, and will be hiring him to do my closets and pantry and eventually re-modeling my deck. I promise you, you will be thrilled you hired this company."

"Winston and son came on time and were ready to do the job. They removed faucet and cleaned out hard water debris which in turn made it easy to turn faucet and flow was improved in bathtub. Noise from sink faucet was lessened when they cleaned out the erator in the spout. I needed air intake release in pipe for the washing machine to drain out without hearing lots of draining noise through the main pipe. They had to go out to buy the part they needed from hardware store. I did have a little clean up after though on bathroom floor and tub. Not a big issue.

"The jobs took 2 days of treatment, cleaning was done by two workers who were thorough and conscientious."

"tThe crew arrived on time and completed the work as scheduled. The job appears to be very professional. They spent time with us afterwards to explain what they found and how it was rectified. Since the issue was intermittent leaks we do not have absolute proof that the the issues has been fixed but have had no issues since the repair was done.

"Bob and the Modern Remodeling team did a great job in the renovation of a townhouse I had recently purchased that was in disrepair. They gutted the kitchen and bathrooms, laid new flooring in every room (bathrooms (tile), kitchen (tile), living areas (hardwood), and bedrooms (carpet)), installed all new cabinets, lighting, and appliances in the kitchen. They were responsive and easy to work with, and I would use them again for future projects!"
