The Owner took a great deal of care to diagnose, repair and test the machine before finishing, and he communicated every step clearly. In fact, he was extraordinarily proactive to stay in touch, explain and provide discounts. "They repaired the ice maker. They did that with no problem. They were also supposed to repair the dryer. It was to much and the repair did not happen. I had a real problem with trying to get that resolved. I currently have their service as a home warranty. They had two different companies come out and one was never resolved and the other was completed the day they came out. The area was left clean,"

The tech, Jared was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained some issues with the furnace and did not recommend putting the money into it to fix at this point as the furnace is old but safe and is in working order. He did suggest to replace the furnace in a about a year rather than put 1,000 into it at this point. The furnace is not running efficiently and we know it has not been for quite a while.

Purchasing this house 18 years ago and the furnace being older already , we knew it would have to be replaced eventually.
