"J&O Plumbing is professional and they provide quality work. Not only did install a tankless hot water heater for us, they also got rid of some older plumbing that needed replacing, installed our new garbage disposal, connected our new sink & dishwasher as well overhauled our bathroom plumbing and installed new fixtures! They were on time, courteous and the quality of work was excellent and they are very fair with pricing."

"My daughter didn't have any hot water in the home that she purchased. Her only source of hot water was through a coil attached to the boiler. This house is very old and no one had ever thought to change out an obsolete system with a hot water heater. Anyway, the coil wasn't heating the water. it did at first, but the warm water only lasted a few minutes. We contacted a lot of plumbers and JMB Plumbing was the only one to call us right away. Jim came out and informed my daughter that the coil system is a terrible system and she should replace it with a hot water heater. So, that's what she did. The price was really good, the service very professional, and it was definitely the correct decision. I would hire Jim again in a minute. He is very friendly, courteous, and won't rip you off. He has very reasonable prices and does great work."

"Our water heater started leaking around 7:30 at night. I ended up in touch with Service Magic, and not 5 min later, Scott was calling to respond to the request. He had just gotten in from a long day, but helped over the phone tremendously. He even took my call at 9:00 when I called back to ask if they accept credit cards. He made an appointment for the next morning, and gave me a quote over the phone. My husband was home when they came to replace the water heater, and was incredibly impressed with the job they did. "All three jobs went great. For the water heater replacement Lewis came to my house at a convenient time for me, removed the heater changed out the rotted pipes and installed a new one with warranty. The price was great too. This job was time sensitive and he made me a priority to get it done. For the bathroom tub drain unclog he was very professional and did a great job. My garbage disposal was leaking and I came home to a pool of water in my cabinet and on the floor. Lewis came out quickly to resolve the issue for me. He replaced everything under the sink and showed me what he was doing each step of the way. I think that he is a great plumber if you want to get quality work and learn about each job too."

"I had a furnace replaced and a on-demand water heating system installed. They were prompt and able to schedule the job quickly and the install took two days (one day for the furnace and a second day for the on-demand hot water system). They did a great job on the install. There was some confusion on the free installation of a thermostat and took several calls afterwards to get it put in. My one grip is they left the old units in the basement after stating they would be back to pick these up as there was no room in the service van to do so. After several calls they stated they outsource this to a third party and that this third party would contact me, but they never have. Will update the review once the old units are removed."
