The project manager was a wonderful salesperson, but left a little lacking in overall communication of project progress. I also wanted to note that Tipping Hat did cover the repair when the electrician had to unexpectedly put a hole in our drywall. It took some prodding on our part, but they did follow through. Finally, they did a wonderful job of the removal of our swamp cooler which was included in the price of the AC installation."

He arrived on time and was very professional throughout the time he worked on our house. We had a leak near the main water inlet into our house in our basement. He explained the nature of the leak and the work that needed to be done in a very helpful and friendly manner, answering all of our questions before quoting us a very reasonable price. He then completed the work immediately for the repair. He even took a few minutes to help us with putting on a bathtub fixture that we were having difficulties with at no extra charge. "Not well. The resource sent had already been drinking and the start time was 9 am! They said that they could not install the hinge and that they would need to get a different kind of hinge. I would need to contact (John - the owner) to follow up for another time. Not all light bulbs were changed - the one on the porch was not replaced. Would not/did not perform tile request recommended replacing last 3 rows of tile - estimating 5 hours of work at $75 per hour or to redo the whole shower estimated 70 sq ft of tile at $75 per hour - an outrageous request. Again he said to follow up with John. The shower is not any where near 70 sq ft and 3 rows of tile to be replaced was not the recommendation of any estimates I received previously. I DID follow up with John and he indicated he would schedule a follow up for a good estimate - it has been 2 weeks and no response. Not recommending them."
