Customer service, pricing, timeliness, thoroughness, and friendliness were top notch. Contacted them initially for an inspection of our 28-year old furnace. The technician Frej was prompt, thorough, and courteous, explaining in detail the issues we might face with this still working but old units. Based on the findings we reached out for a quote on a system replacement. Lori took diligent care in listening to our concerns and hopes for a new system, recommending systems that might work for our household. She was always available for follow-up questions, providing answers that really helped us decide on getting a new system (Trane XC80 furnace with air scrubber) via Greenwood H+A. Prices were fair, on par with expectations and quotes from other businesses. On the day of the install, the team at Greenwood H+A, including Jake, Jordan, and Jason were very flexible, coordinating with the roofing company we had hired to take down our chimney and replace with a vent, to get the project moving on time. They were all very communicative, which we appreciated, and gave us regular updates on the progress. They finished what seemed like a big job within the day, despite the install occurring in our cramped crawl space. Our house is now toasty warm again with a great new furnace and all the bells and whistles. "All of Day and Nite employees were skilled at their specific jobs. They were efficient, professional and courteous at all times. The trench that they dug was necessary to enable them to hand excavate through an existing hedge (32 years old with lots of roots) that was situated on top of existing electric and cable utilities. The diggers were meticulous in excavating and removing roots. They worked extremely hard to accommodate the schedule that their plumber was on. The plumber and assistants were obliged to extend their work out over three days in order to allow time for site work. They juggled our project with others, and did not have time or inclination to spend more time than necessary on ours. They had to reconnect our house to the existing water service each of two nights, so we would have water off hours while the project was in progress. The plumber was careful to discuss the price of our work as time went on (for example, the extent of hand trenching was not anticipated in the initial quote). He gave all of the price breaks that Day and Nite could give. We felt that the charges we incurred were fair."

I scheduled a tune for my heat pump, Allred was thorough and quick in setting the appointment, and communication of status and pending arrival time was on point. Raphael arrived, walked me through the maintenance steps he planned to take and the sequencing of the job, gave me an anticipated time to complete, and was at work immediately. All stated deliverables were met, and he provided a thorough after service report complete with pictures to show the work that was done and the recommended additional maintenance that would be wise to do to extend the life of our equipment. He was courteous, pleasant, clean and well-spoken, and I felt completely comfortable with him working in our home. I will continue to recommend Allred to my friends seeking HVAC services, and have sent several folks their way already. Very happy customer, exceptionally positive experience."
