"Had to have service on a holiday from a major leak on washer valves! Customer service was wonderful and felt bad I would not be able to wait 2 days for service as we had water all over! Tech was to be desired and immediately told me he could not do the repair as he could not move out washer which we said we would do it but than he said he might not have the valve needed which was the reason I gave customer service was the issue! He did end up fixing without us moving washer but a few hours later I realized no hot water which after speaking to original tech was able to fix myself. This cost a lot of money where I felt the tech was in a bad mood the entire time at our house even making a comment we needed to shut one of our dogs up! Probably would not use the plumbing part of Williams Comfort air in the future!"

I am getting a little older and thought I would call someone this time rather than try to find parts on a Saturday afternoon and then not solve the problem... The Water Heater King was on a job, but quickly came to the house mid Saturday afternoon after his current job was completed. It did not take long for him to pull out the assembly for us both to see that the tank was leaking water and that is why it would not light. Case closed, a replacement was necessary. I elected to go purchase a new water heater and do the installation, since I have done this before and was very comfortable with doing the installation. This exchange was quick problem solving. The Water Heater King is a really nice guy, very professional and friendly. His cost for the service call, repair work, or installation would have been significantly lower than some of the larger companies that have employees and overhead.
