"Do NOT USE this company. Nothing but issues from installation. Didn?t contact for over a year to replace filters, when I reached out he came out and ruined our system. Master bathroom water smells, we had nasty substance in our kitchen filter that he said he was ?sending to warehouse? which he never did, and his attitude is the worst I?ve ever encountered for a group. He responded by calling ME names and refusing to fix what he had broken. I?ll be reporting this BS company to the BBB. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS."

However, within hours of the new install, it is blowing hot air and the problem had to be addressed very late in the evening. It was then found to have a gas leak that was supposedly in an area of pre-existing pipe and that the thermostat was bad. Ironic how they reported the thermostat was working upon completing the new install, however. While I appreciate the Technician addressing the issue in the middle of the night, I don?t appreciate the failure of diagnosing the issue in the first place."
