"CQC Home re-built our house, re-using the foundation, roof, most of our hardwood floors, and most of the wall studs but little else. They did the design work, oversaw the asbestos remediation, and then in the next 4 months, rebuilt the house. The work included fixing structural issues; reconfiguring the floor plan; replacing all windows, doors and appliances; sealing the crawl space; building 3 retaining walls and repaving the driveway. The workmanship is excellent. Though we encountered a few problems and misunderstandings, Ken (the CQC Home owner), worked with us to reach mutually agreeable compromises without blowing our budget or diminishing the house's look. All of the CQC employees and subcontractors were professional and easy tow work with. They were willing to talk to us and answer all of our questions. Overall, a very good experience."

"We had Luxury Living Scapes install two large patios, 15'x20', and 17'x25', an arbor, grade and fill along the back of our 1969 Tudor Style home and install proper drainage from the gutter downspouts in the Spring of 2018. Rudy and his team listened to what we were wanting to accomplish, including drainage, design, functionality and worked with us with good suggestions and ideas to help the project tie in to our existing house. With a 50 year old house we wanted it to look like it belonged to the house not a "new" addition to an old structure. His team was prompt and fast, doing quality work. In fact had another foundation contractor by the house for some other work and he noted the quality of the workmanship the crew was doing. We had a small miscommunication on some hardware and installation of the drainage portion of the project, but Rudy was a real pro and we we easily solved the discrepancy. This project was one we had been saving for for several years and Luxury Living Scapes were great to work with. They kept the area clean, had to pull up some chain link fencing to get the equipment in the backyard and reinstalled like it was never moved. Rudy's knowledge of the science behind quality installation of pavers is what made him stand out from the the other half dozen patio installers we talked to at a local home show. He took the time to explain what made a good installation, the types of pavers and the reasons behind the cost. We used the patios all summer and the installation has held up well through out the fall and winter. He was not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, I am not worried that in 2 years the pavers will be coming out, settling or shifting. I can tell this installation will likely last for many many years to come. The best compliment I got was from a relative who visits frequently and had seen our sorry previous patio and dirt spot, he said "It looks just like it was built with the house" exactly what we wanted and Rudy and his crew delivered. I highly recommend Luxury Living Scapes, you will not be disappointed."
