"Overall, this contractor did a good job. On the plus side, contact was made VERY quickly. The plumber was on time & was a GREAT communicator. The rates were reasonable & the work was done well. My drain works great & there are no leaks in the new pipes (as of this writing). Some little negatives - On the initial visit, the plumber didn't have the necessary tools to work on removing the trap. My husband did, so he was able to work on the blocked drain. A second visit was needed to replace pipe & the professionals were prompt & well prepared, but the wet towels that were used to soak up water from the pipe were left in the work area."

"Well. I have a sewer backup system that Permaseal installed in 2012. Never had a problem with it and it solved my sewer backup problem. I am supposed to have it inspected annually. I skipped a few years by laziness. They inspected this year. All was in order. They did however recommend that I replace a pump that is beyond its expected useful life and also batteries that are beyond their life. Those will be done in September or October. At same time I asked them to look at a floor drain in an unfinished portion of my basement. Water had come up. They diagnosed that my kitchen sink was backing up into the floor drain and fixed the problem by rodding the pipe under the floor drain. They were prompt and efficient. I also arranged to prepay for 5 years of servicing."

I Had them replace three shutoff valves under the sink which were frozen and had small leaks. I asked about cheaper fixes and they advised replacing the whole valves, which was actually what I preferred. They gave a price and it was exactly what I researched as being a good, reasonable price. They were quick and exact and tested all of the valves that they replaced (hot/cold/dishwasher). I have used them in the past and have also used other plumbing services. The other plumbing services that I have used were shoddy at best and not very professional. This service is just what the doctor ordered. I will definitely use this service again. The technician was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. I feel it's also worth mentioning that the technician is also a combat veteran who served multiple tours overseas and is in the process of becoming a licensed plumber.
