"Amazingly well...we saw the water heater was leaking on Thursday and ordered the service and Todd came out the next day. He had a compatible water heater on the truck and installed it for us in 2 hours. I was impressed with his expertise and advice. He even took the old one away. Will use them again. Would give better than A rating if I could."

"I originally had this appointment scheduled for 9/4 between 10am and 12pm However, Donny was too busy on a significant project so he never called or showed. I kind of understood because lets face it, annual water heater flushes and anode rod inspections are not high priority in comparison to the big projects. But I only found out about this cancellation when I called the office after the time window had passed. So they rescheduled me for 9/6 between 4pm and 6pm. I got a call on this day from the office at 4:08pm stating that Donny would be arriving closer to 6pm. No problem for me as I agreed to that time window. Then the office calls again at 4:43pm stating that due to an emergency, Donny was not able to stop by my house (I hope everything is ok with him, he did a good job for me last year). The office sent a different plumber to my home.// Opio arrived promptly at 5:10pm and started with an indoor plumbing evaluation. I found that he was knowledgeable and I agree with his recommendation that all my sink valves need to be replaced. The quoted price of $1650 for 11 valves appears to be on the high end so I am going to get a quote from a similar highly rated company to verify that Pure Plumbing is competitive. // Next Opio flushed the water heater and gave me some good tips on how to do this myself since he thinks my water heater should be flushed every six months. The anode rod showed significant signs of detrioration to a measured diameter of less than 0.5”, so I accepted the $195 quote to replace it with the newer linked-style rod that will make future replacements easier. I had mixed feelings here: dissapointed that my anode rod lasted only one year after new installation of the water heater, but happy that this wear was caught and addressed by the inspection so I don’t run into future issues. All in all, Opio is an informative and friendly plumber."

"I had a leak in a water feed pipe for my pool fill supply that was leaking both inside and outside of an outside wall. Don quoted me a price that included replacing the old vacuum breaker and all needed fittings. Even though the work entailed more than was originally thought, Don stuck to his previously quoted price. Having been in the Trades (HVAC) for more than 40 years I can attest to the quality and attention of Dons work. Dons work was also at a very reasonable price! In this day and age it is rare to find a plumber of Dons caliber!"

"Got a new air conditioning system, all set for summer! The install was fast and clean and the team answered all my questions!"

"Great service. Explained everything about installing a new water heater. Fair pricing."

"My experience with Johnny on the spot was outstanding! They were able to come give me an estimate within 24 hours of contacting them. Jose showed up within the scheduled window, took a look at things, asked what I was interested in, and provided me with quotes. I told him that my wife and I would discuss them and get back with him. We decided the night of getting the quote that we wanted Johnny on the Spot to take care of replacing our Furnace and Air Conditioner. I let him know via text and he told me that he would have an answer to my other question the next morning. He called me this morning with the answer to my question and also asked if I wanted the install done today! We were available and told him that would work great. He said the install team was going to load things up and would be at my house around 9 (less than 45 minutes from then). Nate and two other gentlemen that were helping him showed up shortly after 9 and got to work. They took care to protect the front entry way and the washer and dryer as the access to the attic is in the laundry room, and were very quiet throughout the entire install. If I hadn't heard their drills everyone and then I would have forgotten they were here. My wife and I are extremely happy with how the install went and with what we got for our money. I have no hesitation in contacting Johnny on the spot for any future HVAC work I might need."

"Our water heater quit. Vegas built was very nice and came out the next day. The work was well done and is working perfectly."
