The workers were competent, punctual, and efficient as had the siding part of the job finished and all but the final coat on the stucco before Christmas. They returned after Christmas to finish the final stucco coat. When that had dried they finished the painting and cleaned up. "Don't allow these people to work on your property, they are very unprofessional and will not do a good job. This company was hired to fix the roof on my property and they continuously postponed starting the project which pushed the job out 4 additional months. I believe they subcontract out all of the work so we would deal with a different person almost every time we spoke. Once the job was "completed" the roof leaked and caused damage in the living room and garage. It was found out that they didn't use the proper sealing and flashing on the roof. While we understood mistakes happen, we discussed with Luis and other staff that this set back caused more damage and problems. I was expecting them to uphold there end and at least fix the issues they caused and to my surprise they did not. We received minimal communication regarding the damage and they pointed to the section of the contract that indicates, they're not liable for damages they cause. I have been in contact with my legal team and compiling additional estimates for repair and damages, not to mention the emotional hardship this has placed on me and my family. AGAIN DONT RECOMEND THEM TO BUILD A DOG HOUSE OR OUT HOUSE OR EVEN A BARBIE DREAM HOUSE......SAVE YOUR MONEY"
