"I have used Home Comfort on prior occasions to service my old furnace - they had replaced the capacitors and the main blower fan but on the most recent issue, the secondary fan went out. Rather than have it repaired (and seeing the number of repairs increasing each year), I decided it was time to replace the old furnace with a new one. I got a quote from Home Comfort for a new American Standard Gas Furnace with a 95% efficiency - it was scheduled for a Saturday. The serviceman was at my house at the time scheduled and had the entire work completed in about 4-5 hours. He was helped whenever necessary by an additional helper. They took the old furnace out and disposed of it and got rid of the packing material that the new furnace came with. It has been about 2 weeks now since the furnace was replaced and I have had no issues with the new furnace at all - it was done right the first time around. I would have no hesitation recommending this company for repairs and installation of HVAC systems."

Jim and his people have always been honest, professional, reasonable, prompt, careful, friendly and I trust them completely. Before Vent, I tried a few other companies. They seemed to always find something that needed more attention, and more money. By contrast, I have an air conditioner that is quite noisy. At least 5 years ago, I was told, by Vent, that it probably wouldn't last much longer. But since it still seemed to cool OK, they just cleaned it. It is still going.
