They were also very patient when working with our HOA who were one day late in approving their proposal. UR courteously honored the original estimate. After instillation, the city inspector failed our inspection as "no one was home" despite me taking the day off to be there (and having heard no attempt to knock). Heather of UR contacted the city to allow me to submit photos of the installations that were then approved. The only problem we had was that the depth of one of our basement block windows wasn't fully accounted for, so it doesn't fully open which was disappointing. Mike, our salesman came to our house to talk over potential solutions and we ultimately decided to take a small but fair rebate. Overall, I would highly recommend Ultimate Remodelers if you're looking to get your windows replaced for a very fair price!"
