"I had Mr. James Beggs appraised one of my properties first and see how he does. I needed the step up in basis appraisal done right away so i would have the report before taxes were to be due in April. Mr. Beggs was able to do the appraisal right away, he arrived on time for our appointment to meet with him, explained my options on the appraisals and had the appraisal report within a few days. I was happy that he was able to do it right away and I was satisfied of his work so i requested him to do my other two properties as well. I requested for him to send me an online and a hard copy report of the appraisals and he did. Im a happy and a thankful client. Thanks Mr. Beggs and thank you too Home Advisor! "Job completed. Property returned to Silverleaf. Action taken by VOC after I provided necessary documentation concerning timeshare property. VOC took action to inform Silverleaf of my desire to terminate association with Silverleaf. Subsequently, I was told by VOC not to have any future contact with Silverleaf and pay no maintenance fees. I graciously honored this request. After about six months VOC provided appropriate "QUIT CLAIM DEED" to be certified by us, notarized, and returned to VOC for processing and forwarding to appropriate county for execution and recording. Job well done; end of story!"

"It's easy to see the name "1% Broker" and think "bargain price and cut-rate services." Well, you'd be right on the bargain price point but couldn't be further from the truth on the level of service. I have now worked with Hugh on multiple transactions, and with his partner Laurie on a recent transaction, and both are more knowledgeable, responsive, supportive, professional and...well...nice...than any other real estate people I've met, and I've met a lot. I flat out would not buy or sell a property without 1% Broker in my corner, and frankly, you'd be wise not to as well."
