We recently purchased a home in Bend.  It is a 17 year old home that had an 80 percent efficient propane furnace and an out-of-date AC unit.  We were paying a fortune in propane bills to heat it through the winter.  We noticed small amounts of insulation coming up through a register in our master bath.

"By the time the service rep was contacted and he called us, we had purchased the part and repaired the air conditioner unit ourselves. We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. "One oven doesn't work at all ( my choice, see above), the "working" oven was never calibrated properly so using it is hit or miss. It's time to call American Home Shield to see about replacing the entire unit. I'm waiting to finish other home projects before calling them. I don't know if I'll request Greenway again."
