"Excellent! We have used A&A for approximately 15 years. The plumbers at A&A are top notch. Recently, we had all shower heads, in wall controllers, and hardware replaced for 2 bathrooms. David Williams was our plumber. He did a great job and we love our updated bathroom showers thanks to David. Once again another quality job by A&A plumbing! In addition to working with David, we also worked with Kerry to coordinate our job and make any necessary arrangements. Kerry is very personable and responsive...simply put, Kerry is awesome! One of the bathrooms required access to the plumbing by cutting a hole in sheetrock in the wall behind the bathroom and the other bathroom needed tile cut out for access. The work to replace/repair the sheetrock and tile was performed by Warren at Bexar Home Repair and when he came to provide us a quote as well as when he performed the repair work, he commented on how impressed he was with the careful and precise removal of the tile by the plumber to allow for ease of replacement."

"I came home to a pool of water in my front yard. Since I had already been using Will-Fix-It for my A/C and heating maintenance, I called them to see if they could help. The first part of the project was to dig where the problem area was an assess the damage. Turned out I had an old black pipe running under my yard which was the standard when the house was built in 1976. They repaired the leak area and clamped it fully explaining that without a complete digout and replacement of the entire line I would probably have the same issue in the future. I couldn't afford a project that big at the time so I assumed the risk. More than 2 years later, the pipe burst again and luckily I had the ability to fund the project. I called Will-Fix-It again and they came back out and completed the job. I have had 0 problems with the new line and am grateful they were able to get water in my house again within just a day. Great work and I'll be using them again for many years to come."

"They cleaned our dryer vent and removed a blockage that was causing a dryer part to fail twice after replacing. Very quick and tech Corey Y. was very professional and knowledgeable and told us not to use dryer sheets to prevent the chemical buildu and lint sticking to our pvc pipes. Called back same day after having an appointment for an estimate to see if they would be able to clean the same day instead of making a new appointment. The girl said yes and then gave a $200 quick quote before hanging up and apparently canceling the estimate and the tech told me once they quote you he can't change it. So I was hoping the price was going to be cheaper and told how much prior to asking for credit card since it didn't take long and wasn't complicated...no it was $200 for a service others charge $89.99 but couldn't get out here until next week and we had laundry piling up. So a price I paid to get it done but didn't like the price. Don't accept a price over the phone! Otherwise it was a good experience and would highly recommend them for other services. The customer service rating isn't for the tech but the girl who answered the phone. Tech Customer Service is 5 Stars."

"I had used Will's All Pro to replace a kitchen faucet in the past and was pleased with the service provided, so when needed help with recent plumbing issues, I called them again. Brandon came out to repair an outdoor faucet and Adrian came out to replace 2 old water heaters and to install a water softening system. Both techs were courteous and friendly. They wore masks and foot covers when in my house and practiced social distancing when in conversation with me, which was very important to me, and. they cleaned up their work sites after completing their jobs. I was very impressed with their courteous and respective manners, and pleased with the work they performed. Henry also did an excellent job of explaining in detail the different water heaters available and providing answers to all my questions about a water softening system which helped me with my decisions. Additional note: Whenever I have used Home Advisor to get a quote for a problem, Will's All Pro is always the first and sometimes the only company to respond to my inquiry - almost instantaneously. "The installation went well. Justin from sales is awesome and took all the inputs and scheduled the installation appropriately. The installation team Doug and JD are excellent. They worked very hard in the hot sun and installed very patiently. Very cooperative, cleared all the questions we have. We had an issue with the drainage of the purifier as it occupied our washer and dryer which prevented our washing machine installation and Costco denied the installation. But upon contacting prostar Doug or JD came and resolved the issue in no time. He installed the washer and dryer as well. Really appreciate the team and their services.."
