"I found East Coast Comfort for my son’s house when he had heater problems and they fixed his issue quickly and seemed very honest and knowledgeable so then I used them for my house for various smaller jobs and they were always impressive and responsive so when I went to replace my HVAC - I got a quote from them (Ed) which was very reasonable. Lisa remained communicative throughout the entire process. Tony and his team were true professionals. They arrived on time, explained the work to be performed as well as the steps they were taking along the way. They removed the old HVAC system and installed the new one being very careful throughout the entire process. The whole team was friendly and efficient. Ed is also great as he has been to my house for various problems over the years and always does an awesome job. We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend East Coast Comfort for simple repairs or a full system installation or anything in between!"

"We have been having challenges on one of our Freezer units. Jeff from MM provided a lot of useful information on the phone even prior to coming on site to help understand our options. The repair visit was scheduled promptly, followed up with a confirmation text prior to the visit and the technician arrived on time as planed. Wile our unit ultimately could not be repaired the diagnoses and recommendations as to how to proceed were done professionally and with the customer in mind. I was grateful and surprised to get serviced in such a short notice. Zachary handled my repairs. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. He was able to answer all of my questions and explain thoroughly what needed to be done. He repaired 2 bathtubs and installed a water pressure valve in less than an hour and a half. Even provided a free water test that I knew I needed because I know have a hard water problem, which he confirmed along with options to remediate. Overall great job and now I can safely use my water again!"
