Get matched with top drain line breakage camera locaters in Lafox, IL

"This is the third time we have called Drains INC. They are now our go-to for every two year rodding our main sewer line that runs through a beautiful tree. Tim is always prompt, personable, professional and informative."

"Wow, these guys know what they are doing! After a heavy rain we found out driveway drain was clogged. I called J&S and they came out the very next day. The crew was extremely professional and knowledgeable. They determined that our main sewer line was the problem and did a great job rodding it and getting rid of all the tree roots that caused the issue. It was so clogged that they had to rod it several time using various pieces of equipment in order to clear it. They televised the drain and made sure the drain was sound and totally clear. I would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone. I plan to have them come back annually to inspect and rod the drain."

"If I could give Ben more then 5 stars I would. From the moment he got to the house Ben was friendly, respectful and informative. I spent 2 hours with him as he identified the problem. He rodded out the line and showed me in depth with his camera what was happening with the sewer line. He was helpful every step of the way. I am going to make sure to refer Ben to anyone who needs a plumber because he was great, do not hesitate, ask for Ben and you will not regret it."

"Mike was very responsive to our needs and answered all of our questions. He diagnosed the problem with our sewer drain right away and was able to come out within the next week. His crew was very polite and did an excellent job explaining the work that was being done. I would highly recommend Mike and his company to get the job done right."

"My situation was particularly difficult, with my drain clean out being in my crawlspace in a cramped spot. Bob really impressed me with his ingenuity, and more importantly his confidence in how to best do the job. Bob and Kevin got my main sewer line cleared and everything cleaned up in 2 hours. I highly recommend R.A. Mechanical."

"They were professional, took a look at the catch basin and rodded it to get water flowing. Unfortunately the camera showed a lot of roots and the basin has a retainer wall issue. So more work is needed, however they didn't pressure me to do the work now, walked me through the different options to fix and only charged me for the original Angie's list deal to rodd the line. I would hire them again, and just may to do the other work."

"They did an awesome job. Allen Laundie was very personable and explained everything as he was working. Showed us the camera in the sewer line so we could see where the issue was."

"They quickly answered the phone and quickly sent someone to my house. That was so appreciated as the repair was for a dryer gas line connector. Jim was courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything so I could easily understand and recommended only the repair that was necessary. Highly recommended."

"Repair guy was nice and did good work. Was not told ahead of time that I would need to pay 408 dollars for essentially hooking up a wet vac to the end of a pipe and turning it on for thirty seconds Expected to pay $200 Actual payment was $493 Line codes from the invoice S-Service Call $85.00 S-Blow Out Condensate Drain $408.00 DESCRIPTION OF WORK / RECOMMENDATIONS from vendor Condensate pvc drain clogged with sludge & slime. Cleared condensate drain with nitrogen & vacuum. Unit draining properly after repair. 0ppm co reading. No gas leaks found. Customer recently had a cc completed. All ok at departure. Recommendation is that if you need this service performed is to get a quote in writing from the vendor ahead of time or just get a shop vac and do it yourself. Will not recommend although would like to hear vendor response as to how this poor customer experience could work better. (UPDATE): The Vendor has reached out to try and mitigate the cost and is much appreciated."
