"I contacted them for a quote and they called me within 10 minutes. Explained what they would do and the cost. (I also had two other quotes, 1 company was a little more expensive, the other quoted long distance rate). We set the date and they explained the cancellation policy. They called the day before the move to re-confirm the time and asked if I had any questions. The next morning two young men, Jason and Serge, arrived on time. They were prompt, professional, hard workers and had a great sense of humor. We walked through the house so they would understand what was being moved. And then they started. They worked fast but were very careful in wrapping and organizing everything. Once loaded, we headed to the new place. Several items needed to be moved out to go to another location which they did very quickly. Then everything was unloaded, we headed to a second location to drop off items and pick one up to return to the condo. Everything was moved without a dent, nick, chip or any breakage. He was right on time and brought treats for Foxy and made friends with her before starting. He did a great job with installation and gave me a lot of information about pool. I asked for estimate on project I wanted him to do and he was very thorough about what it entailed. Unfortunately with us being retired seniors we couldn't afford it right away but he didn't push and just said to let him know when we were ready. I liked that. We will definitely be calling on him as soon as we can. John was very personable, and knowledgeable . I was very impressed.
