I have used Vanguard in the past and was very happy with them, so I called and got an appointment for Monday and was OK being without water for a day or so. "I asked for a ballpark range of cost that could be expected if a person wanted to install a tankless water heater. They said they have no information. I contacted Pronto and they asked me to send them two pictures and they had the job quoted exactly. This is a market space differentiator. Ben Franklin wanted to charge me 29.95 for a quote on Monday. The other company did it over the phone in 15 min for free on Saturday. We have videos and cameras on our phones. Use technology to improve processing where possible. I didn't use them so I cannot speak to anything else."
