"Fast service, fast repair and reliable"

"I’m so glad I called HD mechanical to have my thermostat fixed. We set a time to meet up and he was there on time and very professional. He was very thorough with his work and explained to me all the work he performed. He even checked and serviced my unit, showing me that my filter needed to be changed. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs and service/repairs done."

"Frank showed up at the scheduled time, diagnosed the problem and explained what needed to be done. He made the repairs in approximately fifteen-to-twenty minutes."

"The staff are friendly. The service tech arrived on time within a promised two-hours window. He was friendly and helpful. He explained to me in details what was wrong with my furnace and propose options for repair. Our furnace was more than 20 years old so we did not want to repair it. We decided to replace it. SoCal Climate Control was able to have a new furnace installed the next day. We are satisfied with their service. We would recommend them for HVAC services."

"It went well. We will use his services again, if necessary."

"We were so happy we chose Magnolia Cooling and heating to repair our heater/air conditioner. They were professional from beginning to end. Our serviceman arrived on time and completed the repair to our satisfaction."

"Repair was done on my daughter's car who is in college in California, I live in Colorado. The owner spoke with me on the phone prior to doing the repair to explain issues with car. His assessment was consistent with the problems my daughter described to me. The price was very reasonable for all the parts and labor. The job was completed quickly and they stayed past closing until my daughter could get there to pick up car. They accepted my payment over the phone and offered to check her fluids and inspect car periodically in the future for free. I think you will be very satisfied using this garage as this and other reviews have clearly shown.

"I called Water Heaters Only on a Thursday, the following Tuesday I met them on site for an estimate. The price was amazing for the NRC111 model and they were able to install the unit that day! Mike explained how the unit would work and what the EnergyStar rating would be for that unit. He also explained what coupons I might be able to get to save some money - which I did and I was able to get a rebate from SoCal. Mike and Mario did an amazing job with the install. The way they piped the unit and insulated the pipes was very clean. I couldn't have asked for better quality service then what I received from Water Heaters Only. I will use them again for other clients. Patricia"

Thermostat screen went blank-furnace and A/C wouldn't come on

Chris arrived within 1 hour of my call and checked the furnace first. He found a blown fuse and no power to low voltage wires inside the unit. He then checked the thermostat and found it was no longer working. Chris replaced the fuses and the thermostat with a similar unit and tested the entire system. He then checked my A/C unit for Freon levels and found and repaired a wire that had come loose.

Chris was very pleasant to work with and explained what he was checking and why as he went along. He explained how the new thermostat worked and provided me with both the installation and operating manuals. Great service!
