"I’m so glad I called HD mechanical to have my thermostat fixed. We set a time to meet up and he was there on time and very professional. He was very thorough with his work and explained to me all the work he performed. He even checked and serviced my unit, showing me that my filter needed to be changed. "The Tech went above and beyond to do my inspection and service. I did nor buy the yearly maintenance plan and I did not buy the $190. furnace filter ($20) at Home Depot. I had and still have a problem with the system. It makes a growling noise every 2 minutes or so. Thanks so much, anyways."

"I would like to share my experience with this particular company.my husband and I both feel that we were treated professionally and with courtesy and gave us a wonderful product that was affordable. The servicemen that came out to install our air and heating unit where professional and answered all of our questions. We would recommend this company to anybody who needs AC and heating services they're fast quick and easy to work with. I really feel that this company also does not take advantage of seniors or try to talk them into things they don't need or into larger units they expressed to us a fair price for their product and labor. Anybody interested in this company please ask for Frank. This is the man that knows all the answers."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"

Thermostat screen went blank-furnace and A/C wouldn't come on

Chris arrived within 1 hour of my call and checked the furnace first. He found a blown fuse and no power to low voltage wires inside the unit. He then checked the thermostat and found it was no longer working. Chris replaced the fuses and the thermostat with a similar unit and tested the entire system. He then checked my A/C unit for Freon levels and found and repaired a wire that had come loose.

Chris was very pleasant to work with and explained what he was checking and why as he went along. He explained how the new thermostat worked and provided me with both the installation and operating manuals. Great service!
