"I would like to share my experience with this particular company.my husband and I both feel that we were treated professionally and with courtesy and gave us a wonderful product that was affordable. The servicemen that came out to install our air and heating unit where professional and answered all of our questions. We would recommend this company to anybody who needs AC and heating services they're fast quick and easy to work with. I really feel that this company also does not take advantage of seniors or try to talk them into things they don't need or into larger units they expressed to us a fair price for their product and labor. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
