"The whole process was very smooth. They came out and spent a couple of hours assessing the problems...turns out we had several. The water heater burner had failed and was under warranty. But they also discovered our pressure regulator had failed, our gate valve was frozen, and we had a pipe leaking in the wall! They found the necessary part for the warranty repair and drove 50 miles each way to get it rather than make us wait 1-2 days for for the part to be shipped. They stayed until all the problems were resolved which was greatly appreciated! (My wife and three daughters were not relishing cold showers!)"

I had to go with another vendor for half of that price with EXACT same steps to address the issue as they had offered and with great outcome. They were however very professional and made the diagnosis which I paid for ( very expensive) but I had to pay for that. I must say their diagnosis was very thorough."

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. "Noel showed up on a Saturday and unclogged our kitchen sink in an hour. We had tried everything we knew to do and even took all the pipes apart under the sink to try and find the problem. When we couldn't find the clog we decided to look for a professional to help out and we called Noel. He and his employee were awesome. They replaced all of our old pipes and snaked the lines to the outside And all for under $300. We will definitely use him again and are planning to use him to power was all of our pipes soon."
