The faucet looks good and works like it is supposed to. He also tested our water after hurricane Milton came through. Our water was fine. "I have been with them for a long time, but I do not like the trend that I am seeing. Their coverage is starting to be less and less. They are quick, and they will respond. The quality of what they do is good, just getting them to do it is the problem. Its more out of pocket than it use to be. I didn't like last time, I had a repair done on an air conditioner. The out of pocket was much as when I had the entire air conditioner replace. I asked how much did they pay the contractor. I asked if I paid them, and they didn't. That set me off. That is how I felt. I can't confirm it, and it gave me a feeling there was something shady going on. It was them or their contractor's that didn't do something by board. What I am hearing around no one is any better."

"The windows are beautiful! It’s so nice to be able to see out the windows and to be able to open & close them (the previous windows were jalousies from 1959). They also replaced the front doors of each unit because they were installed incorrectly by a different company (they opened “in” instead of “out” which is not hurricane impact protection correct). The workers were professional, hard working, courteous & respectful and did a very good job!"
