"I purchased a new shower faucet and cartridge for the repair. Donny told my wife and I to save on the new faucet and wait till we did some wall/tile repair if we were to remodel in the near future. Rather than following our first wishes he may have saved us around $400, or more by being honest and a good guy. We had the cartridge replaced for our Moen faucet. It operates very well and no drips (bad for the Cat though!). We had additional savings when we returned the faucet to Menards. The cartridge was about $36-$39. We have used Randy Lane several times (maybe 5-7 times) and were quite satisfied. They have been our plumber of choice for several years. This was our first plumbing work completed by Donny. "We asked Vincent to replace our dirty old laundry tub and faucet.  While doing that, he noticed that the drain pipe underneath was filthy, so he cleaned that out and replaced the u-shaped drain.  He then replaced a faucet in another sink.  His work was completed very much to our satisfaction in a timely manner, his rate was competitive, and he cleaned up his mess after completing the work.  Vincent also disposed of the old tub and faucets so that we did not have to do so.   We would not hesitate to call on him again, and we would also recommend him to others.
