"John called right away to set up appt. to install pump and motor to replace one no longer working. Set apt for mid-day in 3 days, I asked him to call first so I could put in dog door which he did. He was right on time and brought treats for Foxy and made friends with her before starting. He did a great job with installation and gave me a lot of information about pool. I asked for estimate on project I wanted him to do and he was very thorough about what it entailed. Unfortunately with us being retired seniors we couldn't afford it right away but he didn't push and just said to let him know when we were ready. I liked that. We will definitely be calling on him as soon as we can. John was very personable, and knowledgeable . I was very impressed. He even gave information and tips about things that had nothing to do with the installation. Very pleased with service and John. w"
