"It went very, very well. I called Windy City Rooter at 8am and before 11am they were fixing the water heater. I thought a new one was needed but that was not the case. "Having a leak in our house/main floor - we have been working to get people out to the house for a couple months.  Everyone either could not find the leak or tried to sell us from a new roof to new siding - along with trying to work through insurance thinking to get the sale they can get a claim filed.  Chris came out - and the minute he saw the roof said there is no need for a new roof.  There are places of poor workmanship by previous owner when the roof was put on - that clearly opened up issues for leaks.  We are now on the list for the repair work and Chris's professionalism gets him any work we will need in the future.  We went from literally in the $40,000 range of work needed to under $3,000.  Couldn't ask for more honesty, and my faith in humanity is restored because of this....
