"Just a shoutout to Dylan and his team for their great work in installing my French drain I have a condo in NYC and NYC law prevents workers from doing construction work after 6 pm. My job was much harder due to the concrete flooring, so it took much longer to complete the job than was expected. As 6 pm passed, Dylan was required by the building manager to cease work before the job was completed. Dylan was concerned about finishing the job, so he contacted me early the next morning to make set up an appointment for later in the day to complete the installation. His team worked as fast as they could to complete their assigned work for the day. They arrived at my condo around 2. Dylan and his team completed the work by 5:30 so as not to have the situation that occurred the day before to repeat itself. "I mostly interfaced with Anthony but did speak with John and the company receptionist. All were very pleasant, professional, and super easy to work with. Anthony was understanding, patient, and helped me decide which work should be prioritized in order to stay within my budget. The Essex & Morris work crew arrived as scheduled, did excellent work, and didn’t leave a mess afterwards. I wish I had known of them the first time I had mason work done at my home as I wouldn’t have had to settle for inferior workmanship. My apologies to E&M for not writing this review sooner. "Larry came out for an estimate quickly.  I had to postpone work a bit because of some other issues with the house.  When I was ready to go, Larry came back out and we went through everything again.  This time a few other issues were brought to light.  I went with Foundation Experts because the recommendations seemed more logical than other ideas that had been proposed by other companies.  Once the contract was signed, work began quickly.  Quite a few workers were there for different aspects of the job.  Everyone was very friendly and professional.  Andy was involved in different aspects of the project than the others and was very thorough in explaining what he was doing and why.  The job didn't really take too much time and was spread out over 2 days.  Everything looks good.  The initial reason for my call to them was because of water pouring into my basement when it rains.  Hoping that what they did will do the trick.  Time will tell.
I have a few future projects in mind for them in the future.
