"The experience went very well. I called them after my home warranty company wouldn't cover the spring repair. Delta Door was $80 cheaper than the warranty company's contractor. I called Joe at almost 5pm on Tuesday. He tried to get his guys to my house that night but couldn't get them until Wednesday morning. They quickly replaced the springs, greased the hinges and tightened up the chain. They accidentally made the opener's sensitivity too high, so they came back and adjusted that when we called back in the afternoon. Fast, friendly and reasonable. I hope we don't have any more garage door troubles, but I will call them if we do."
