"This project involved a massive renovation of our rental property converted into our personal winter home.  The majority of the interior was demolished including tile floors, the old kitchen and both bathrooms taken down to the bare studs.  Carl Geren exhibited the experience and knowledge to complete every aspect of this extensive project.  This was especially evident after the demolition phase of the project when Carl's expertise came to the rescue to correct deficiencies revealed from the original construction of the home.  
Both remodeled bathrooms included replacing drywall with concrete backer board, marble floors and walls, custom ceramic tile work, re-plumbing for custom sink, shower and toilet fixtures, and concrete core drilling to accommodate relocating toilets.  The bathrooms design and workmanship are of the highest quality.
The bamboo hardwood floor throughout the living, dining, kitchen and bedrooms was installed with expertise and workmanship that yielded a beautiful and seamless result.
Every aspect of the kitchen remodel reflects Carl's meticulous attention to detail.  The plumbing and electrical prep work followed by his precise installation of the cabinets and the custom tile work yielded a kitchen worthy of a magazine feature. 
We cannot say enough great things about Carl Geren and the quality of his work.  We saved a ton of money by purchasing the materials ourselves and contracting Carl to manage and execute every aspect of the renovation project.  Had we contracted  each portion of the project individually, our renovation costs would have as a minimum tripled and would have taken at least six months. 
We have more projects planned for the exterior of the house and look forward to working with Carl again!  We would highly recommend Carl Geren for any project you may have in your home.  As a former general contractor, he can do it all and has skills far beyond carpentry and woodworking.

"They're a big, big company with a fleet of trucks.  They're huge.  Service America is one of the two largest home warranty companies in the United States.  They provide home warranties for an annual fee, and then they also provide heating and ventilation, air conditioning check-ups, and they also will come out and repair major appliances, ceiling fans, or electrical or plumbing, or anything like that.  They did a good job.  They do good work when they come out, but they do have a tendency to be chronically late for their appointments and even to just blow off their appointments and not show up at all and not call.  When they show up, they do a good job.  Keep in mind, when I give them anything less than an A, that's not a reference to that appointment in early March; that would be A, A, A, A, A across the board.  They were on time; no problem at all at that last appointment.  "

 that we needed a new module.He called around and was told that one could be installed but that it would costs me $100.00 out of pocket because the business that had the part was closed and would have to reopen in order for us to have the part installed that night.We were having family over for Thanksgiving and did not want to entertain in a hot home.
