From my first dealings with the operator at the Gulfstream office, to the salesman, measuring team, installers and a personal call from the owner Barbara after the installation to make sure we were happy, our dealings with Gulfstream Shutters was 1st Class all the way!!!
The installation crew they sent us worked non-stop for 3 1/2 days in high humidity and 90s temps to get the job done. They were professional, courteous, respectful and hard working.

"I purchased a Pfister faucet that was faulty.  David brought it back to Home Depot for me, the 2nd one was faulty. By the 3rd time I said let's go together and I will get a Kohler.  Well the 3rd time was not the charm as the Kohler faucet was missing a piece.  
David told me he would not charge me extra even though this was a Sunday and he was willing to go to another city to pick up the same Kohler faucet from another Home Depot.
Told him, don't worry. I will order another one online and will rebook some more time to install the faucet and do some additional things around my house.  
I would recommend David, as he is timely in communications, respectful and does good work.
