Very positive on the phone and in person. The technician was patient in explaining the work and coordinated with the siding installers to be sure it was what was needed. I thought the cost was fine - it's not something you could do yourself, yet they didn't charge for the initial visit - just for the time spent on the job. I would definitely recommend them and trust them on a bigger job.
