"I had purchased $200 worth of services for $119 on Angie's list because we had a leaking drain in our shower. The plumber came out and went under the house twice, without being sure what the problem was. We (the plumber and me) determined that when you stand in the shower it leaked. He said the problem was the mortar under the shower and it would cost approximately $650 to fix. Two weeks later I started looking on Angie's again and reading reviews. After much reading, I called Jerry. I explained the situation to him on the phone and he asked if I had a tile floor in the shower. I don't, I have a one-piece fiberglass shower. He then told me I wouldn't have mortar under the shower and he could fix it for $100. This conversation happened on Monday. I scheduled him for Friday. Well this is Friday and Jerry was here approximately 30 minutes and charged me $100. The drain had broken off from the pipe, all he had to do was move it and he could tell. What a great guy!!!! Honest and efficient. It is great, what a relief. I have a plumber that I trust for life. Yippeeee!!

"Excellent job and even kept me up to date on what they were doing and how they were doing. Alex, Joe, Connors, even Caitlin the sectary was all professional. I called 3 companies prior to contacting Atlas and glad that I kept looking because the ones before Atlas were terrible I am so happy that it finally turned out good with Atlas. This was very stressful just down right stress until talking to Atlas, the job wasn't cheap because lot of work went into this project new pipes underneath the house replace a three way connection to sewage out let. "Arrived early, got right to work, found problem, looked for a cost effective way to fix leak in old copper pipe in wall, behind dishwasher and extending downstairs, water was coming thru ceiling downstairs. It was possible that maybe part of granite counter & some cabinets would need removal to do repairs. That would have been awful. Instead they found another method which worked. Jordan and Dustin are really speedy and do great work. Also their really nice and pleasant to have in your home. Plus I don't think their costs are out of line for the quality of work they deliver."

"At every oil change they do a complete check of the vehicle and let me know about immediate and possible future issues with the vehicle. Unlike the oil change chain outlets their analysis is honest. They keep the whole place clean, the service bays included, At times when I have called or stopped in with immediate problem they either do the work at that time or find a time to work me in that or the next day.
My experience with them has been so good that my next car will be a Toyota so I can continue have them work on my cars. They also work on Volvo, BMW and Audi, but I don't want one of those.
Two things that would make it nicer.
1. Coffee for customers
2. Either a courtesy vehicle or ability to provide ride to and from when work to be performed will exceed couple of hours.
