"I called Cass in November 2021. The hot water heater went out the day before Thanksgiving. Richard, the service repairman, came out that day and replaced the heating element. This past week, almost 7 months to the day, no hot water again. Cass was very busy but Richard did make it out in 2 days. It was the heating element again. He replaced it again and mentioned our water was very 'hard'. There was no charge because it was under warranty. I am now planning to have Cass install a new tankless water heater. I would definitely recommend Cass for your plumbing needs. Richard was prompt, personable and qualified. Customer service is great!"

"Brent arrived within 20 mins. of a call from the office. Our biggest concern was that our hot water heater had never been flushed in 8 1/2 yrs. Brent said the water was clear & hardly any sediment. He did show me the anode rod which was quite deteriorated so we agreed to have that replaced. He also checked other areas related to our tank & everything was fine even though it is 10yrs. old. "I highly recommend Patriot Pump and Well Repair to all in need of their services. Our water pump stopped working at 1pm on a Sunday. And we got on the phone and started calling numbers left and right.
