They sprayed something up there and hoped for the best. Although it was better when they left, I did not know they were going to do the way they did it. You can only expect so much when they spray something on it from the ground. The quality was okay. It was not that awful. They showed up on time when they were supposed to. Their professionalism was fine. I would not use them again in the future because I do not think you can do the best job in the world from the ground on a two-story window."

Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
