Instead, they're trying to charging me a full day of labor to fix their mistake. Support on this issue has been dismal. It's been 16 days since they first diagnosed the problem and I still don't have a timeline for when this will get fixed. I chose Carini because of their warranties and their service record, but its all smoke and mirrors. You've been warned."

But he actually turned off the water to the house. I call RR back. Another guy came out and got te water back on. But the next day it would not work again. No water. I called RR for a 3rd time....and they refused to come turn on the water...unless I paid another $250! What a bunch of ripoffs and criminals! THATS ILLEGAL FOLKS! These crooks have a 30 day guarantee to get the work done. They took one day to screw up our lives and charged me $99....and wouldn't fix their own mistake. Don't make the same mistake I made by calling Rescue Rooter. What a nightmare!!"
