The Customer service Representative was accommodating with my busy schedule and was able to send a Tech out later than usual to meet me right after work which I was so grateful for since My kitten and I have been freezing!! I ended up running a little late but my technician Sean was understanding and was such a nice guy. Sean was professional,informative and thoroughly explained all my options to me without being pushy, I've had such bad experiences with Service companies in the past trying to pressure me into buying something or replacing something right away but he didn't do any of that. The guys did a great job repiping the house, replacing the water heater and cleaning up after themselves. My only complaint is they forgot to turn on a few water valves (to the dishwasher and the hot water heater, for example) and had to come back the next day to get them squared away.
