"I had a brand new water heater installed 5 months ago. It began leaking on Saturday night just as I had a house full of guests staying for the weekend. Disaster! The good old boy plumber that installed it has refused to return phone calls and text messages. Gone. Didnâ t care. . So I was stuck with calling someone who I didnâ t know and get them to do a replacement on Sunday morning. Over a dozen plumbing companies declined. Fortunately I found this company. They came out Sunday morning. Removed the old 75 gallon unit under manufacture warranty and finished the job by late afternoon. ARS did a great job. Morghon Liddel was a real professional. "I had a leak in my kitchen I suspected the dishwasher. They diagnosed a leaking water line. They told me to go buy a new dishwasher. They took out the old one so I could repair the damage to the cabinets they returned after the cabinet repair was made to install the new dishwasher. The told me I had to unplug the garbage disposal to use the dishwasher or have an electrician split the outlet. I called their office about getting an electrician and they told the technician to hardwire it as the other one had been. When they pulled it out to hardwire I noticed that the insulation had not been placed around the dishwasher. They then went and retrieved the insulation and added it. Total cost over $1000. I could have had Home Depot install it for $100 if I even really needed a. new dishwasher."

"Thank you to Julio Valle from John Padilla Plumbing, Inc. After I had a lukewarm shower, I called Padilla Plumbing based on their 5 star reviews on various platforms. They had an opening the next afternoon. The gentleman on the phone gave me an estimate for replacing the water heater if that was necessary & told me their service charge would go toward any repair that they did for me. The next day, a gentleman called to say the plumber was running late & would miss the time window. What would I like to do? I opted to have the plumber come the same day if he could do it in the daylight. Julio arrived about 20 minutes later! Yay!! Julio was very professional & courteous. He tested the in-house faucets (upstairs & down) for water temperature. Then we went down to the water heater in the garage. He adjusted the temp on one of the heating elements as it was much lower than the other one. Again, he tested water temps upstairs & the water was already warmer!! This seems to be a well-run, responsive plumbing company that I will call again when needed. Highly recommend."
