Also had a second person Andrew helping and he was excellent also. They showed up 7:30am on a Sunday came back at 7:30am on Tuesday after picking up all the parts I wanted. While there, the Sila agent suggested we replace some of the attached lines and managed to streamline our hookups by removing some of the unneeded valves and connections no longer needed. VISIT 2: We similarly had a great visit and instal from David, who did a very beautiful install on our new water heater. He removed the broken unit, improved the connection design, put in improved valves and labelled each with a tag, then tagged other connections through the basement."

Water was at the inch or so level in a three inch drip pan (with no overflow drain) for a leaking electric water heater. Nick was great to deal with and had the job completed in a short time period. Replace your water heater before this happens. It was a ten year old water heater (second floor condo). It could have been a disaster if someone wasn't around. Highly recommend!!"

They were here at 8:00am by 3:00PM (one glitch because it was installed in my mobile home the first water heater didn’t fit it was to wide) but no problem they got another new water heater within an hour to my home now my new water heater is installed and working exactly like they said they would.
