"2 months ago we had the central air unit and the coil above the furnace replaced everything with marvelous the guys were punctual respectful friendly and did a **** of a job. Today we have the water heater replaced the gentleman that came was polite very respectful very thorough and very neat. Both times I was very impressed with the service. The price was the price no upselling or weird business they carefully did the job I'm very happy boss lady is very happy which is very important. I left out the money details intentionally because it's subjective to what your budget is and who wants to pay what. I will say this I've used services that gave a better price in the past and regretted it You're going to have the HVAC and water heater a lot longer than they're going to have the money so you want it done right. Not that you should break yourself but there has to be a happy medium because getting it done twice is way more expensive..."

"Arrived on time for initial diagnostics. I have used this company in the past and as usual they are responsive and prompt. They diagnosed the problem then gave me several options to repair or replace. They did not push a replace option although that is the option I chose. The owner was the first technician to arrive and diagnose and he went above and beyond to get the new unit in and bring in a crew to install next day on a Saturday. Had my A/C up and running in 24 hrs. They answered all my questions and left the area cleaner than when they had arrived. This company is not the cheapest around but then who wants cheap when you can pay a fair price for excellent service. Highly recommend .

"I paid All Seasons for $539.33 to cover both initial inspection, 2 lb of Freon addition, and addition of dye for leakage check. It was supposed to be $370 without the dye injection and follow-up check of leakage in a month. The service person persuaded me to get this extra service for ~$160 and promised that someone from All Seasons would come in a month to check the leakage if there was any. It has been over one month now since the service on July 25, 2019 but I haven't heard anything from you or All Seasons!"

"they got to my home when they said they would. the tec check out my ac unit ,he said i needed a relay he replaced it and the unit ran the same as before. he would not reinstall the old relay even though the new one did not make my unit work. he said the unit was low on coolant how did he know that when the unit would not keep running? i am mad at myself for not speeking up enough when the tec was at my home. he did not give me a bill, I still do not know what i was charged. After my service call a manager called me. We spoke for some time and he agreed with me and give me a credit for the service call. A hired them to install my new AC system. Two men came on a Saturday they worked very well togeather they installed the new system and cleaned up after them self. I am very pleased with there work. The new system works great. And the price was inline with other AC companys."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
