"2 months ago we had the central air unit and the coil above the furnace replaced everything with marvelous the guys were punctual respectful friendly and did a **** of a job. Today we have the water heater replaced the gentleman that came was polite very respectful very thorough and very neat. Both times I was very impressed with the service. The price was the price no upselling or weird business they carefully did the job I'm very happy boss lady is very happy which is very important. I left out the money details intentionally because it's subjective to what your budget is and who wants to pay what. I will say this I've used services that gave a better price in the past and regretted it You're going to have the HVAC and water heater a lot longer than they're going to have the money so you want it done right. Not that you should break yourself but there has to be a happy medium because getting it done twice is way more expensive..."

It was supposed to be $370 without the dye injection and follow-up check of leakage in a month. It has been over one month now since the service on July 25, 2019 but I haven't heard anything from you or All Seasons!"

"Whitestone arrived on schedule to evaluate our AC problem and then clearly laid out 3 options to resolve problem. Since our unit wad quite old we opted to replace AC unit and furnace together. They quoted us a very fair price. The equipment arrived the next day and was installed the day after. The men removed and took away the old units and connected the new units in one day, then returned the following day to make final adjustments and make sure everything was working properly. We were very pleased with their thoroughness and quality of work."

"they got to my home when they said they would. the tec check out my ac unit ,he said i needed a relay he replaced it and the unit ran the same as before. he would not reinstall the old relay even though the new one did not make my unit work. he said the unit was low on coolant how did he know that when the unit would not keep running? i am mad at myself for not speeking up enough when the tec was at my home. he did not give me a bill, I still do not know what i was charged. After my service call a manager called me. We spoke for some time and he agreed with me and give me a credit for the service call. A hired them to install my new AC system. Two men came on a Saturday they worked very well togeather they installed the new system and cleaned up after them self. I am very pleased with there work. The new system works great. And the price was inline with other AC companys."
