We called a couple of plumbing companies and also tried both Angie's list and home advisor. Bob is the most reasonable plumber we talk with, both in courtesy and price. "OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! WC FALLOWS solved a tricky problem for us, FAST. Our main septic pipe seal degraded over the years, and we started getting ground water streaming into our basement, every time it rained heavily. Bill and his team were super responsive, and knew exactly how to remedy the problem. Bill is clearly an expert in this field, and even had to cut through our deck to access the pipe. I am happy to report it rained like crazy last night, and our basement is DRY! Not only are Bill/team highly skilled, but they provided 1st class service; took muddy shoes off before coming inside the house, meticulously and carefully replaced our deck planks to minimize damage, hosed surfaces down after work was completed, etc. etc. They are fantastic and Bill's sense of humor is an added bonus! "TL;DR: Rupcoe helped me resolve an HVAC dispute with my condo community.  
A previous installer had upgraded my system to an energy efficient model without getting venting line approval with my condo board.  As a result I was forced to change how my furnace and water heater vented outside my unit.  The HVAC also failed township inspection for several code issues.  After the original contractor refused to remedy the issues I called Rupcoe.  
Howard from Rupcoe evaluated my system and made recommendations to correct the issue.  Their office went the extra mile to help me get the required info to my condo board.  They also contacted Hillsborough township and helped me determine what would be required to pass inspection.  The modification went faster than they said it would and it was clear they were focused on helping me and saving me money.  When it turned out the installation was not as difficult as expected, they refunded me 500 dollars.  
I had a high level of stress approaching this issue due to my previous bad experience.  Steve from the office spoke to me on many, many occasions and helped me stay in the loop at all times which made me feel confident.  Despite the complicated nature of the problem and the overall unusual situation this company provided excellent service at a professional level.  
This past year I spoke with 5 separate HVAC companies.  Rupcoe is by far the most professional, honest, and competent.  I recommend them.

"Richie,  Mike and their crew did a Oil to Gas conversion at my home. They replaced the boiler and hot water heater. They also removed and took away everything including the oil tank. They did an excellent job. This company are experts at what they do. As far as I know they only do Oil to gas conversions. Everything went smoothly, and everything was completed in one day as promised. I have no complaints. Mike and Richie were easy to deal with. They answered all my questions and did everything I requested. It was 10 degrees the day they did my job,  and it was difficult for them to work, but nobody complained and just did a great job. Their price was better than all the other estimates I got, but I choose  them because I was most comfortable with the answers they gave to my questions. It is also nice to deal with the owner and not some salesman you will never see again once you sign the paperwork.   IF YOU ARE DOING AN OIL TO GAS CONVERSION LOOK NO FURTHER!
