"Minus 100, where do I start, they have destroyed my GE Monogram oven [5.600], in doing a repair they cut the stile between the top of my oven and the shelf for the microwave, so to cover up the ragged cut they had to push the oven up, rebuilding the opening and added a piece of plywood under the shelf the oven sat on and added blocks under the oven to 'balance it', this in turn warped pushing on the drawer underneath until the glide pulled out of the framing, on top of that, the oven door never closed properly and was off from top to bottom on the right side up to an inch so the heat was getting out which is why my food would cook more on the left side than the right, the gasket replaced was not installed properly and is not even attached in areas causing heat to crack and break the light on top that moves as the oven heats since there was no proper way to keep the heat in the oven. NOTE: no gasket, no heat -so a 'real' trained GE tech checked all this out, it turns out that besides w"

"We have been using Simmons for years. I had tried several other companies and always got poor service or completely ripped off. Very tired of this in Albuquerque! Simmons Plumbing is an above average constant! I trust that they won't overcharge or say one thing and do another. They aren't the most affordable, but they are the best workers and when they give you a quote, even if it's much harder and takes much longer, they honor their quote (redoing our exterior pipes to the city was ****). "This is a known problem with the older Samsung TVs. I thought it was the capacitors which I could replace at a minimal cost, but upon inspection the capacitors were not blown. So I turned to Angie's List for a service provider. The shop staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I did not have the repair done because cost to replace the power board would total$313, just a couple hundred less than a new TV. So decided to have them recycle it. I got 10 really good years out of that Samsung 46" without any problems until now. Only had to pay for diagnostics."

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"This is the second time I’ve had to call affordable plumbing and heating first it was a clean out a couple days ago I called them at 8:40 AM and the issue was taken care of by 10 AM Fred took care of that issue, very professional and let me know exactly what work needed to be done in My clean out drains showed me root issues that needed to be addressed immediately.and then a couple days later I noticed that I had a leak at the main called the city and they told me that the leak is behind the meter can so of course it’s the Customer’s responsibility and again I called affordable appliance at 8 AM. They came out promptly to fix my water main leak within a couple of hours. Nathaniel and Jorge were totally professional told me exactly what was going on. Told me exactly what the cost would be which was very reasonable and again they got me going and water flowing nicely through my home thank you affordable appliance for saving the day again in My book your a five star company"

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."
