The team worked **** ** the installation and worked past 8:00 pm to complete the work so we'd have heat and hot water in the morning. We had problems with the radiant heat, and the hot water in the shower went cool, but Albuquerque Plumbing came to the house, determined the problems, and made sure everything worked properly. We had to replace the plungers and valves for the radiant heat, but they gave us a discount because they should have made that recommendation and fix during the initial installation. WE had to work through these problems, but Albuquerque Plumbing was polite, they didn't treat my wife like an idiot (which another company did), they worked hard, and the made sure everything worked right. Yes, it cost us a lot of money--the previous homeowners neglected maintenance and the system was old. We expected a high replacement cost. We both are happy with the service and will likely purchase their service contract."
