"The manager takes time to explain the problems and the resolution. He trains his staff well. The staff is knowledgeable. The staff knew Tappan was made by Frigidaire. They explained how the burners were set up and how each burner/coil, self-clean and oven features operate. Mr. Appliance has excellent customer service. I had an appointment scheduled 2 days after I called the manager. His staff diagnosed and then when the part came in it was installed. The process took about 10 days from my call to the work being completed. I have used the repaired burner and my meal turned out perfect. The price I paid was fair. Found the problem and came back 48 hours after I made the original service inquiry and fixed our ice maker on the refrigerator. Gave advice on how to get the most life out of our refrigerator and instructed us on how to do a door repair ourselves I will definitely call him again for any appliance problems."

"It was a Saturday morning by the time we realized that we were going to need a repair guy it was almost noon.  I called around and these guys were the only one's still able to come out.  The window given to us was a 3 hour window.  They showed up towards the end of the 3 hour window with two technicians.  Both men were young.  They unplug the fridge, tested everything, cleaned the area and said they could not locate the problem.  Everything seemed to be working correctly.  About 20 minutes later, a third technician showed up. He checked their work and verified to us that the water dispenser was now working correctly without any parts needing to be replaced. We gave them a coupon which provided for a "free service call" with  a completed repair.  They wrote us an invoice for $95.00 fee.  Their fee to come out was $50.00.  They were at the house for about an hour.
Given the age of the refrigerator, maybe the "reset" by unplugging it, got it back into working condition, but we were happy to have someone look at it and verify that it was now running okay.
