"We signed up for a yearly service, billed monthly. The initial treatment was through and complete. The specialist that was sent was courteous and respectful of our property and pets. They made sure they left no dirt in the house. Initial treatment was quite effective. Upon seeing some additional ants that had seemed to have awoken during the spring, we placed a call with Savior, and they promptly sent another specialist who searched for all pests again and did a targeted treatment for the pests that we pointed out, as well as a general treatment in other areas for these pests. "I noticed some winged bugs in an area that had active termites 9 years ago and thought I had a repeat performance happening. The wall in this area was noticeably <strong> </strong>'hollow' behind to the touch, meaning something had eaten it out from the inside.   <br /> SafeHaven was actually the last of 3 companies I had out this week to inspect for termites and provide options and quotes.
