One day later, when I contacted them again to report that the problem was still ongoing, I was told they would now use a ?second option? and was quoted an additional $1,539.35 (Total cost: $2155.35). When I requested that the $616 I had already paid?especially since the issue was never fixed?be applied toward the new work, they refused. Instead, they insisted I pay the full amount again and sign the invoice before they would proceed. This raised SERIOUS CONCERNS for me about both their pricing and overall service practices. I ultimately hired another professional who completed the job for $869, which further highlights how excessive their charges were.
